A Day in the Life of a Driver
As a Rollback Driver, you’re more than just behind the wheel, you’re one of the first and last people our customers interact with.
Your day may include loading equipment, securing it for safe transport, and delivering or picking up equipment from customer locations. You’ll interact directly with customers, answer basic questions, and represent LandPro out in the field.
You’ll also handle delivery paperwork, perform basic inspections, and make sure everything is transported safely and efficiently.
Every delivery is a little different, but every trip matters.

Compensation
$20-$25/hr
Time Off
Paid Time Off (PTO) that grows with you:
90 Days: 28 Hours of PTO
1 Year: 72 Hours of PTO
