Responsibilities

Set up and operate roll forming machines to produce metal components according to specifications.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing or machinery operation is a plus.
Previous experience as a Roll Form Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
Experience using calipers and tape measurer is required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
Visual and Hearing: Must be able to see with corrective eye wear, must be able to hear clearly with assistance while wearing hearing protection.
