As our Robotics Business Development Manager, you will drive the expansion of our robotic floor cleaning solutions — forging powerful enterprise partnerships and putting intelligent robotics technology at the heart of how leading organizations operate. If you are a visionary growth driver with a passion for robotics and a hunger to win, this role was made for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales and Market Development
Engage key stakeholders and senior decision-makers to align our robotics solutions with their top business objectives — positioning us as a mission-critical strategic partner, not just a vendor.
Lead and close high-stakes enterprise negotiations, structuring agreements that deliver exceptional value on both sides.
Scale robotic cleaning solutions from pilot to enterprise-wide across multiple sites and regions.
Account Management and Growth
Own a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts — becoming an indispensable partner who anticipates needs and earns trust at every level.
Build and execute data-driven account plans that deepen partnerships, maximize retention, and unlock upsell opportunities.
Embed our robotic cleaning solutions into customers’ long-term operational strategies — making us the partner they can’t imagine operating without.
Customer Success and Advocacy
Partner with deployment teams to ensure every customer goes live confidently and achieves measurable ROI from day one.
Proactively resolve customer challenges before they escalate — turning obstacles into opportunities to deepen loyalty.
Cultivate customer champions who actively promote our solutions across their organizations, fueling organic growth and industry recognition.
Market Insights and Strategy
Track market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the robotics space to keep us ahead of the curve.
Translate field insights into sharp feedback for Product and R&D that shapes our roadmap and sharpens our edge.
Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns that resonate with decision-makers and accelerate pipeline.
Reporting and Analytics
Maintain precise Salesforce records of account activity, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
Use performance data to surface growth opportunities and continuously raise the bar on account outcomes.
Deliver business reviews that celebrate wins, uncover new value, and set an ambitious vision for what’s next.
Key Qualifications:
