• Set up and operate robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welds.
• Monitor welding processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize welding processes.
• Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records of welding operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding or robotics preferred.
• Proven experience in robotic welding or a related field.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, processes, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
