A West Bend metal manufacturing company is seeking reliable **Robotic Weld Operators **to join their team. Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate a robotic welder.
• Visually inspect welds to ensure quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Willing to train General Labor candidates.
• Robotic welding experience is a plus!
• Attention to detail and reliability required.
