The Robotics Technician is responsible for assembling, modifying, testing, troubleshooting, and integrating robotic systems and related equipment. This role requires strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and computer skills to ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Assemble, modify, and integrate robotic systems using engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Follow manufacturing process plans and accurately document in-process inspections.
Install, position, and secure robots and associated equipment.
Operate robots using a teach pendant.
Load, update, and back up robot software.
Teach simple robot paths and basic robot programming.
Perform functional testing and system verification.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
Disassemble and prepare robotic systems for shipment.
Properly maintain and use tools and equipment.
Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and hazardous material handling.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
Demonstrate reliable attendance and teamwork.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
An associate degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred.
1-5+ years of experience in robotics, automation, manufacturing, electrical assembly, or a related technical field.
Must be able to clear a background check

Experience with electrical and mechanical assembly.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
Basic understanding of robotic systems and automation equipment.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical systems.
Basic computer skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
Basic math skills.
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
