Robot Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on robotic systems to ensure optimal functionality.

• Work on End of Arm tooling such as grippers, various fixtures, conveyors, and suction tooling.

• Work with teach pendant to increase production effeciency

• Work on ABB, Yaskawa, and Fanuc robotics

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in robotic equipment.

• Collaborate with engineers to implement upgrades and improvements to existing robotic systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a robotics forward position
• Experience with EOAT
• Training in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in robotics maintenance or a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

You should be proficient in:

• Industrial Robot Programming
• Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment
• Electrical / Electronic Systems
