Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities and Duties

· Machine Operation: Set up and operate automatic press brakes and robotic systems to form metal components. Produce Metal Parts

· Blueprint Reading: Interpret detailed blueprints, Read Job Orders specifications, and process sheets to determine correct dies and required dimensions.

· Precision Adjustment: Set, tighten, and adjust clamps, hold-down bolts, and shims to achieve required tolerances and dimensional accuracy.

· Machine Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance and routine preventive tasks on the equipment to ensure smooth operation.

· Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished products, often using forklifts or hand trucks.

· Production Monitoring: Monitor machinery (press brakes/robotics) for proper function and efficiency.

· Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and quality standards.

· Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished products, often requiring lifting to 50 lbs.

· Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) and minor troubleshooting on equipment.

· Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including quality check sheets

Requirements and Qualifications

· Physical Ability: Ability to walk, bend, push, pull, and stand for an entire Ten -hour shift. Monday Through Friday

· Technical Skill: Experience with press brakes, robots, or similar machinery is highly valued.

· Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to read blueprints, Math and understanding of manufacturing processes.

· Attention to Detail: High level of focus on safety, quality, and precision.

· Teamwork: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well with a Team

· Safety Orientation: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
