Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Robo Rail Plasma CNC saws to ensure efficient and accurate cutting processes.
• Set up and calibrate machines according to specifications and production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise cuts.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

• Must have operated a robo rail before!
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC operation is a plus.
• Proven experience operating CNC plasma saws or similar machinery.
• Strong understanding of blueprints and technical specifications.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
