Job Details:

Pay: $18.20 plus $2 perfect attendance incentive

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:35AM to 05:50PM, some weekends as needed.

Description

This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to Team Members in the Tender Tray Pack Area while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Tasks

This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis. The position is responsible to assist, train, and encourage Team Members in their area of responsibility. This position is responsible to set up their line(s) for production and any other duties assigned by Management. This position will be able to complete each job in the Tender Tray Pack area. This position will manifest product, making labels for skids/product and verify inventories. This position is also required to complete various log sheets. This position will be exposed to possible warm or cold temperatures, wet, or humid conditions. This position will require walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis. Must maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture, receive training as required & perform various positions as required/assigned.

**Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a meat processing /manufacturing environment

Lead or supervision or managerial experience preferred

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
