About the Role
We are seeking an analytical and technology-driven Demand Planner with 3–5 years of experience in forecasting and supply chain planning. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to develop data-driven demand plans, optimize inventory, and support business growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, statistical models, market trends, and business inputs.
  • Utilize SAP APO and SAP IBP (once implemented) for demand planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and supply planning collaboration.
  • Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and key demand drivers to continuously improve planning performance.
  • Support S&OP / IBP processes through cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Apply statistical forecasting methods and predictive analytics techniques to improve forecast reliability.
  • Explore and support AI-enabled forecasting and automation opportunities within planning processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and supply risks to recommend corrective actions.
  • Evaluate promotions, seasonality, new product launches, and market trends to adjust forecasts proactively.
  • Create dashboards, KPIs, and planning reports for leadership and operational teams.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support digital transformation initiatives in supply chain planning.
What We’re Looking For
  • B.S/B.A. Industrial Engineering, Business or Supply Chain/Operations Management preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP APO and/or SAP IBP.
  • Knowledge of statistical forecasting models and demand planning methodologies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • APICS certifications is a plus.
  • Oliver W. certifications is a plus.
