Regular work schedule is 12 hour shifts 7a-7p 4-on/4-off including weekends.

Job Description 

Perform all required preventative maintenance. Perform repairs on the machinery in the shipping department. Monitor the machinery and dust systems.

Collect samples, separate grains and inspect for flaws, measure and compute percentage of flawed grains or other measurable traits and compare to grading specifications. 

Job Duties

Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for food safety by following HACCP and Food Safety policies/procedures. Responsible for plant safety by observing persons entering your work area, asking if you can assist them, and reporting unauthorized persons to your supervisor. Attend training as required or approved by supervisor.

Must be able to be fit tested to wear respirator equipment. 

Must be able to ride a manlift.  Must be able to distinguish color in grain.

Must be able to work at heights.

Education Requirements

One year certificate from college or technical school; or High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
