RF Test Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented RF Test Technician to support the testing, tuning, performance verification, and troubleshooting of RF filters and integrated microwave assemblies in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with electronics experience who enjoys hands-on technical work and wants to contribute to the production of highly specialized electronic components.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform acceptance testing of RF filters and integrated microwave assemblies using established test procedures
- Tune and troubleshoot RF products to ensure performance specifications are met
- Follow detailed work instructions and testing processes
- Support production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Document test results accurately and completely
- Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and engineering teams
- Assist with training new technicians as needed
Qualifications
Required
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Legal Resident
- Eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred
- High School Diploma and 4+ years of related electronics, RF, or testing experience
OR
- Associate's Degree or Technical Certificate in Electronics or a related field with 0–2 years of experience
- Military electronics training is highly desirable
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows applications
- Experience working with microscopes and small electronic components
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a production environment
- Comfortable handling small components and performing detailed inspection work
