**RF Engineer Spatial - $160K-$170K
**
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design RF and microwave subsystems for aerospace, defense, and satellite communications
- Perform simulations, modeling, and circuit‑level design for RF components and assemblies
- Lead integration, testing, and verification of RF subsystems to ensure compliance with stringent requirements
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and validate performance across a wide range of operating conditions
- Support transition from engineering development to production, including documentation and manufacturing guidance
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including systems engineering, hardware, firmware, and manufacturing
Qualifications:
- 3+ years direct experience in RF Hardware Design
- Hands-on experience designing, simulating, producing, and validating RF/microwave circuits and subsystems.
- Electronic Warfare or Radar is a plus.
RF Test Technician - $25/hour - $30/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Tuning and testing of RF/,microwave power amplifiers at X, Ku, and Ka-bands.
- Expertise with handling, tuning, and testing open chip semiconductor devices.
- Ability to test various RF/microwave products from the development phase and intro production.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience.
- Know and understand IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, -750, -1580
- Proficient with the use of lab equipment; spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meter, etc.
- Knowledge in the use of epoxies and bounding materials.
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment; reflow oven, curing oven, pick and place, DAP furnace, cleaning, etc.
- Skilled at working under a microscope.
RF Mechanical Assembler ($25/hr - $30/hr)
Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
- Assemble small to medium parts. Connector and harness installation.
- Use of various hand tools and torque tools.
- Cleaning, bonding, & measuring
Qualification
Minimum of 4 years of RF mechanical asssemblyexperience.
Soldering experience: IPC J-STD-001 and/or IPC A-610 certification is a plus
Knowledge and understanding of IPC and Mil standards.
