Job Description

Join our Spartanburg team as a Rework Welder. You'll be responsible for reworking prewelded assemblies and ensuring quality finishes at a competitive hourly rate.

What You’ll Do

• Examine parts for defects and determine necessary repairs
• Perform Mig and Tig welding on defective parts
• Conduct leak tests on reworked components
• Document all non-conformances and maintain compliance
• Operate robotic weld cells and related equipment

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous Mig and Tig Welding experience
• Minimum six months of manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Dependable and flexible
• Attentive to detail
