Returns Coordinator - Appleton or Milwaukee, WI

The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.

About the Role:

As the Returns Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing and resolving product return and shipping discrepancies from start to finish. This position is highly collaborative and detail-oriented, requiring strong organization, communication, and follow-through. On a daily basis, you’ll manage a queue of requests within our ticketing system, ensuring all items are addressed accurately and within a 24-hour turnaround time. You’ll partner closely with warehouse teams, sales, suppliers, and buyers to investigate discrepancies, coordinate return requests, and drive timely resolutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in supply chain, returns, or a related role.

Responsibilities:

• Process return requests and shipping discrepancies in a timely manner within the ticketing queue.
• Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, inventory management, and warehouse to ensure smooth return processing.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a position return experience.
• Identify areas for improvement in the returns process and work with teams to implement changes.
• Monitor return metrics and analyze data to identify trends or issue related to return rates and reasons.
• Develop and update return policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
