Job Description

We are hiring Retread technicians for 3 shifts, all positions are full time only. No previous experience needed. Must have a strong work ethic, reliable transportations, all assocaites are expected to arrive on time and be ready to work for every scheduled shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect tires for damage and assess if they are suitable for retreading

• Buff tires to remove old tread and prepare them for retreading

• Apply new treads to tires using retreading equipment

• Assist in inventory management by tracking tire quantities and types

• Ensure all retreaded tires meet quality and safety standards

• Maintain accurate production and inspection records

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

• Ability to follow established instructions and procedures

• Ability to meet production expectations in a fast-paced environment

1st Shift: Mon-Fri 4am-12pm $17 hourly

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm $17 hourly

3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs 8pm-4am $18 hourly

Base pay to start, pay will go up depending on performance.

We are offering a $100 retention bonus after 30 days. Must not have any absences or tardies to qualify.
