Restoration Technician

We are seeking a motivated full-time Restoration Technician to assist with residential and commercial property recovery projects resulting from water, fire, storm, and other types of damage. This hands-on role involves working at customer sites to help stabilize properties, perform demolition and cleanup tasks, and support mitigation efforts under the direction of the project management team.

The successful candidate will operate drying and restoration equipment, follow established safety and quality standards, and participate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency situations when needed. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to property damage restoration and mitigation projects at residential and commercial locations.
• Perform demolition, cleanup, and other restoration-related tasks as directed by project leadership.
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying and dehumidification equipment.
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements while working on job sites.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with clients.
• Participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous construction or restoration experience is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable using technology, including smartphones and mobile applications.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and emergency response assignments as part of a rotating schedule.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and frequently lifting up to 65 pounds.
