Job Overview:

Overview

We're partnering with a rapidly growing restoration company that's building something different.

Rather than hiring for a single opening, this team is building the foundation for a new operation that is expected to triple in size over the coming months. They're looking for dependable, hardworking people who want to learn a trade, grow into leadership, and be part of a company that promotes from within.

If you're someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys solving problems, and wants a career with real advancement opportunities, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do

As a Restoration Technician, you'll respond to residential and commercial properties impacted by water, mold, fire, and other property damage. Every day is different, and you'll work alongside experienced technicians to restore homes and businesses safely and professionally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to emergency property damage calls throughout the Nashville area

  • Perform water extraction, demolition, drying, cleaning, and mold remediation activities

  • Set up and monitor drying equipment, air movers, and dehumidifiers

  • Remove damaged building materials while protecting unaffected areas

  • Document work performed using photos and job notes

  • Maintain company equipment and vehicles

  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, business owners, and teammates

  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards

No restoration experience? That's okay. The right attitude matters more than the perfect resume.

We're interested in people who are:

  • Dependable and show up when they say they will

  • Coachable and eager to learn

  • Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day

  • Honest, accountable, and willing to own mistakes

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work

  • Comfortable working in varying indoor environments

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Industry certifications such as IICRC are welcomed but not required.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

This isn't a large company where you'll wait years for an opportunity.

The leadership team is intentionally building its future leaders from within.

As the company continues to grow, there will be opportunities to advance into roles such as:

  • Lead Technician

  • Crew Lead

  • Project Manager

  • Operations Leadership

  • General Management

If you're looking for a place where hard work is noticed and your career can grow alongside the business, this is an excellent opportunity.

What Success Looks Like

The people who thrive here are:

  • Reliable

  • Humble

  • Curious

  • Hardworking

  • Safety-minded

  • Customer-focused

  • Comfortable taking ownership of their work

Technical skills can be taught. Character cannot.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
