What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures

Install water heaters, water treatment systems, fixtures, piping, and plumbing components

Troubleshoot issues involving water lines, drain systems, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing components

Provide homeowners with clear explanations, honest recommendations, and options for repairs or upgrades

Educate customers on plumbing system performance, maintenance needs, and preventative care

Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan, including materials used and time on-site

Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained

Follow all safety procedures and comply with local plumbing codes and company policies

What You Need To Succeed:

• Active plumbing license (Journeyman, Masters) preferred

• At least 5 years' experience in residential plumbing, with a focus on service

• Ability to independently diagnose and complete plumbing repairs and installations

• Excellent customer communication and in-home service skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Confidence in presenting repair and upgrade options to customers

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently

• Familiarity with plumbing tools, systems, and local plumbing codes

• Professional, dependable, and accountable

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Experience with water treatment, well systems, Service Titan, or a performance-based service environment would all be considered a plus.
