Residential HVAC Service Technician

The pay range for this position varies on performance. We offer top pay and commission structure.

Job Duties:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and control components
• Perform advanced system repairs on residential heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Identify root causes of system failures and provide effective, long-term repair solutions
• Complete detailed service reports, including findings, parts used, and work performed
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and ensure tools and equipment are in proper working condition
• Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards while working in residential environments
• Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service on every call

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a residential service HVAC tech
• High School or Trade School Graduate or GED
• EPA Universal license
• At least 5 years of experience in residential hvac service
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
• Able to pass a background check
