What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide outstanding customer service
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and comfort
• Accurately complete service documentation and work orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
• Work independently while collaborating with teammates to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile devices, and computer-based service platforms
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle review
• Successful completion of a technical skills assessment
