Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential heating and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and system tune-ups.
• Inspect HVAC equipment and identify repair or replacement recommendations.
• Clearly explain repair options and system conditions to homeowners.
• Complete service tickets, estimates, and required documentation accurately.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience servicing split systems, package units, heat pumps, gas furnaces, and thermostats.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.
