Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician / Lead Technician

We’re hiring 2–3 experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians and Lead Technicians to join our established service team in the Millis area. If you’re confident diagnosing and repairing residential systems, communicating professionally with homeowners, and taking pride in doing the job right, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding long-term career with a company that supports its technicians.

What we offer:

• $38–$50/hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Company truck for take-home use

• Commissions on maintenance agreement sales
• Additional $200 for each on-call week

Who we’re looking for:

Proven residential HVAC diagnostic and repair experience

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Professional, respectful communication with homeowners

Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to quality workmanship

Lead Technician experience is a plus

The ideal candidate is a skilled technician who takes ownership of their work, treats customers with respect, and wants to be part of a team that values expertise and provides the support needed to succeed.

We’re based in Millis and ideally seek candidates within a 10–15-mile commute.
