This position focuses on servicing residential HVAC systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service, repair, and replace residential HVAC systems

- Diagnose issues and perform preventative maintenance

- Deliver strong customer service in residential settings

- Complete paperwork and service reports accurately

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Work collaboratively with internal teams

- Attend meetings and follow safety protocols

- Participate in on-call and weekend rotations

Key Requirements:

- EPA Certification REQUIRED

- Must hold one of the following:

* RI Journeyman License

* MA Refrigeration Technician License

* Sheet Metal License

- Residential HVAC service experience preferred

- Strong communication and customer-facing skills

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Ability to work flexible/on-call hours

Compensation & Benefits:

- Pay: $32 - $45/hour
