About the Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join a growing home services team in the Gilbert, Arizona area.

This is primarily a residential service position focused on diagnostics, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. There may also be occasional light commercial service calls.

This opportunity is a strong fit for an experienced technician who can diagnose HVAC issues independently, communicate professionally with homeowners, explain repair options, and deliver a great customer experience.

Compensation is performance-based, giving strong technicians the opportunity to earn approximately $80,000–$150,000+ annually based on productivity and overall performance.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

• Perform preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections

• Service air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, split systems, package units, and related equipment

• Diagnose electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues

• Perform refrigerant diagnostics, leak detection, recovery, evacuation, charging, and repairs

• Clearly explain system conditions, repair recommendations, and available options to homeowners

• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship

• Handle occasional light commercial service and maintenance calls

• Maintain accurate service documentation

• Follow company safety procedures and HVAC industry best practices

• Maintain a professional appearance and clean work environment

• Deliver a high level of customer service on every call

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred

• Strong residential diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Hands-on experience with AC systems, heat pumps, furnaces, split systems, and package units

• Strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting ability

• Ability to independently diagnose and repair HVAC systems

• Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners and presenting repair options

• Light commercial HVAC experience is a plus

• EPA certification preferred

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated

• Comfortable working in a performance-based pay environment

Compensation

Performance-based compensation with earning potential of approximately $80,000–$150,000+ annually.

Actual earnings will vary based on individual productivity, technical ability, customer service, and overall performance.
