Compensation & Perks

• Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $34.00 / hour (depending on experience)

• Top Earners Make Up to $160,000/year (base hourly plus uncapped incentives)

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (ACs, heat pumps, furnaces, and mini-splits).

• Present clear, flat-rate pricing and service options to homeowners before starting work.

• Educate customers on repair-vs-replace options, SEER2 efficiency, and indoor air quality solutions.

• Maintain a professional appearance and a well-stocked company service vehicle.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required

• Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• NATE Certification is a plus
