Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred.
• Valid HVAC technician license or certification.
• EPA Universal (preferred) or EPA type ll (required)
• Proven experience in residential HVAC repair and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
