This role is responsible for the installation, replacement, and commissioning of residential HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, replace, and configure residential HVAC systems in accordance with specifications and code requirements

- Work in a variety of environments, including confined or elevated spaces

- Ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and performance standards

- Provide professional, customer-facing service during installations

- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner

- Maintain clean and organized job sites

- Collaborate with team members, dispatch, and supervisors

- Attend meetings and adhere to company policies and safety protocols

Key Requirements:

- Must hold a RI or MA Journeyman License

- EPA Certification (expected/standard for role)

- Prior HVAC installation experience required

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to work on-call and weekends as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

- Pay: $35 - $55/hour

- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (3-part payout structure for licensed technicians)
