• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to building codes and standards.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• California contractor's license is a plus.
