Assistant Construction Manager

**Pay: **$50k-56k/yr (or more based on experience level)

**Location: **New Kent, VA

Travel: Within an hour and a half of New Kent, VA

**Shift: **Days, Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

• Residential Construction experience is required
• Minimum of 3 years of Residential Electrical experience
• Experienced with Residential Construction Sequence Plan
• Ability to problem solve on projects to minimize escalations to regional management
• Ability to be client facing and communicate well with clients and staff
• Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Strong organization and follow-through
