Position OverviewThe Rennovation Technician supports the Crew Chief, Operations Manager, and President in completing construction projects. This hands-on role involves assisting with various trades, including carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, roofing, equipment installation, and general operations support as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Carpentry: Help out with all kinds of carpentry work—framing, rough and finish carpentry, and millwork. You’ll build your skills on the job with support from the team.
• Drywall: Assist with hanging, finishing, and repairing drywall, plus other interior wall work as needed.
• Flooring: Work on installing different types of flooring and subfloors, including wood, tile, vinyl, and carpet.
• Tile: Help install and finish tile for floors, showers, and other areas.
• Painting: Pitch in on interior and exterior painting projects when needed.
• Roofing: Assist with roofing tasks like decking, shingles, metal roofing, and basic repairs.
• Equipment Installation: Work alongside experienced team members to install things like stair lifts, elevators, door operators, overhead lifts, and vehicle-mounted lifts.
• General Support: Jump in wherever needed to support the Crew Chief and Operations Manager on construction-related tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Some construction or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (or eager to learn)
• Ability to lift, carry, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license preferred
