Key Requirements

:

Technical training in machining, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related field preferred.

Install, commission, maintain, diagnose and repair: workholding systems and related machine tool accessories including chucks, cylinders, high-pressure coolant systems, barloaders and rotary systems.

Evaluate machine interface, drawtube or actuation requirements, mounting, alignment, clamping performance, and operating parameters.

Troubleshoot and restore to performance mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical repairs

Knowledge of Fanuc or Siemens preferred and ability to troubleshoot AC/DC circuits

Read and interpret drawings, installation instructions and service manuals

Prioritize and work collaboratively with Engineering, Customer Service, Sales and Operations

Train and advise customers on equipment operation and maintenance

On time documentation and reporting

Adhere to all safety and plant requirements

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight; passport or ability to obtain one

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Regional and national travel up to 90% as required
