Position: Carpenter
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $25–$35/hr DOE
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Lewiston, ID and Pullman, WA
Overview
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Remodel Carpenter to join our growing team. This role involves both rough and finish carpentry, framing, and detail-oriented woodwork on residential and light commercial projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works efficiently, and thrives both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials for framing and finish work
Perform door hanging, drywall, and window installation
Handle flooring and tile installation
Install doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and other building components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
Safely and effectively operate hand and power tools
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Collaborate with other trades and follow site supervisor directions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements
2+ years of carpentry experience (residential or commercial)
Solid knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
Ability to read construction plans and follow specifications
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
