Are you ready to make a difference and help others in times of need? We are seeking a Remediation Technician to join our team! This role involves responding to water and fire damage emergencies, helping restore homes and businesses to their original condition. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to water and fire damage events, including during off-hours and emergencies.
• Assist with cleanup, drying, demolition, and restoration of affected properties.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to mitigate and repair damage.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met on every job site.
• Occasional travel throughout Wisconsin and to hurricane-affected states to support recovery efforts.

Qualifications:

• Carpentry skills are helpful but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for disaster recovery efforts.
