About the Position

We’re seeking a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and expand market share across the West Coast region. This role plays a key part in developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coaching a talented sales team to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep industry knowledge and a proven ability to build and execute winning sales strategies. This position requires 50–65% travel, with approximately 40–50% overnights.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed growth targets.
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
Direct the implementation of effective sales policies, practices, and procedures.
Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives and distributor partners.
Utilize CRM and dashboards to track performance and ensure accountability.
Manage P&L, budgeting, and reporting processes to drive results and continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align on customer needs and execution of sales plans.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years in sales leadership role within packaging or equipment industries.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding ambitious sales goals.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
Analytical thinker with strategic mindset and solid financial acumen.
Experience managing P&L, budgets, and high-performing teams.
Proactive, adaptable, and motivated by continuous improvement and growth.

Base Salary for this role starts at $130,000.00.
