Location
This position will be a remote outside sales position covering the North and South Carolina region. The candidate must live within the region.

Reporting Relationships
The Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the Crating Division Director of Sales, and will work closely with all Sales Directors, Regional Sales Managers, Customer Support Managers, and other cross functional team members to support the Sales function for the company and its objectives, missions, and values.
About The Role
Millwood is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth within our expanding Crating and Value-Added Packaging Division. In this high-impact role, you’ll identify and secure large-scale business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and shape our commercial strategy across North America.

Compensation will be base salary $55,000-$65,000, dependent on experience, plus competitive commission package
