Location: Northeast, USA (Preferrably Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Missouri, Indiana, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Virginia)
Compensation: includes a base salary of $90–$110K, with a bonus structure tied to territory growth and company performance - eligibility for a performance-based incentive award of up to or exceeding 100% of basesalary, resulting in total potential earnings of $180,000 -$220,000 annually. No cap. Incentive based on sales goals, travel goals and overall company growth.The role involves approximately 110 days of travel annually.

About the Role: This is a sales role, but with minimal sales experience required. Looking for someone good with communication and customer service who aspires to an outside sales role with high earning potential. You'll be calling on protein (meat/poultry) manufacturing facilities and corporate headquarters selling grinding and size-reduction equipment, spare parts and service. The role focuses on grinding and deboning systems within protein processing environments, selling directly to end users. They’re seeking someone with strong technical aptitude, who is comfortable in plant environments and able to engage from maintenance through corporate leadership, with a hands-on approach when needed.
What You'll Be Doing:
Start up and commisiong + breakdown and service maintenance
Leaning more electrical than mechanical
Strong in troubleshooting on the electrical
Comfortable in a fluke
Comfortable at sensor level (temp, flow, pressure)
Know about the world of power 480 Pnuematics
Don't need to be strong in hydraulics, but somewhat knowledgeable
Mechanical aptitude is mostly troubleshooting
Minimum Qualifications:
Technical experience as maintenance managers or field tech that is protein-related
Technical experience as maintenance managers or field tech that is non protein-related
Technical experience as maintenance managers or field tech that is industrial
Industrial Sales experience
Industrial Material handling experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Plant Production or Maintenance (Mechanical and/or Electrical) Experience
Sales experience with grinding and knowledge of grinding proteins
Sales experience with grinding or cutting in the industrial world
Protein equipment or component sales experience with specific preference to process over packaging
Technical sales in equipment or components experience — food (non protein) — food, beverage, confectionery, bakery
Physical Demands:

Must have a valid driver’s license and physically be able to drive
