Regional Sales Manager – Southern & South Eastern U.S.

Our client, headquartered in Switzerland with significant North American Operations, is seeking a highly motivated, growth-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and market expansion across the Southern and South Eastern United States. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales professional who thrives on developing new business, strengthening strategic partnerships, and delivering technical solutions to industrial customers.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven “hunter” with strong relationship-building skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for growing market share within OEM, distributor, and end-user channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive aggressive sales growth and expand market penetration across assigned territories
- Execute and adapt the global sales strategy to regional customer segments and industry applications
- Identify, develop, and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors, resellers, and key end users
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts
- Build brand awareness and increase market presence throughout the region
- Provide solution-oriented technical sales support, product training, and customer guidance
- Collaborate with representatives and channel partners to maximize revenue growth
- Identify emerging applications, industries, and sales channels to accelerate business development
- Initiate and support digital marketing and lead-generation activities
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM systems
Qualifications
- Technical education background with additional training in mechanical engineering, sales, or business administration preferred
- Several years of successful industrial sales experience, preferably within industrial components or engineered products
- Proven experience selling through OEM, distribution, and reseller channels
- Strong business development mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a regional territory effectively
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms and sales analytics tools to drive performance

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually
