    Our client, headquartered in Switzerland with significant North American Operations, is seeking a highly motivated, growth-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and market expansion across the Southern and South Eastern United States. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales professional who thrives on developing new business, strengthening strategic partnerships, and delivering technical solutions to industrial customers.

    The ideal candidate is a results-driven “hunter” with strong relationship-building skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for growing market share within OEM, distributor, and end-user channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive aggressive sales growth and expand market penetration across assigned territories
    • Execute and adapt the global sales strategy to regional customer segments and industry applications
    • Identify, develop, and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors, resellers, and key end users
    • Prospect and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts
    • Build brand awareness and increase market presence throughout the region
    • Provide solution-oriented technical sales support, product training, and customer guidance
    • Collaborate with representatives and channel partners to maximize revenue growth
    • Identify emerging applications, industries, and sales channels to accelerate business development
    • Initiate and support digital marketing and lead-generation activities
    • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM systems

    Qualifications

    • Technical education background with additional training in mechanical engineering, sales, or business administration preferred
    • Several years of successful industrial sales experience, preferably within industrial components or engineered products
    • Proven experience selling through OEM, distribution, and reseller channels
    • Strong business development mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a regional territory effectively
    • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
    • Experience utilizing CRM platforms and sales analytics tools to drive performance

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually
