This position will be in Wisconsin Rapids, WI at the main processing facility just off Hwy 54 and only 15 minutes from Stevens Point/Plover, WI.

Summary:

The Regional Farming Operations Manager will be responsible for overall operations and growth of Coast-to-Coast Cranberries (CCC), and manage the grower relations for the Wisconsin operations. This position will serve as a senior position and support the General Manager of Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:

To oversee and drive the strategic growth of the cranberry marsh operations.

Drive and coordinate all sourcing functions including cranberry grower relations to meet the expectations of the Mariani processing facility.
Coordinate and develop strong teamwork tendencies among Manufacturing and other departments.
Lead Team to reduce waste, exceed standards, and build for the future.
Serve on the WI senior management team to help drive future growth of the division.

Position Requirements:

Strong financial acumen
Strong leadership experience
A degree in business or agriculture.
5-10 years of experience in managing manager level employees.
Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
Problem solving ability.
Credibility/Integrity.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Able to build a team environment.
Self-driven with a can-do attitude.
