What this job involves

The Regional Operations Lead serves as JLL's senior operational representative for a defined geographic region within the Intel account, accountable for overall operational performance across multiple sites. This leadership role ensures the safe, compliant, and consistent delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services while delivering an exceptional client experience. The position requires building trusted executive relationships with Intel REWS stakeholders, leading multi-disciplinary teams across Soft Services, Hard Services, Engineering, Workplace Experience, Projects interfaces and Business Operations, and driving a culture focused on safety, customer experience and operational excellence. The Regional Operations Lead partners closely with Intel regional leadership to deliver operational excellence, financial performance, continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Serving as JLL's primary operational leader and escalation point for the assigned Intel region, building trusted executive relationships with RWS Intel regional leadership and leading regional operational governance meetings
  • Providing overall leadership across all IFM operations, ensuring consistent execution of the Account Operating Model and delivering services in accordance with the Statement of Work and contractual KPIs
  • Creating and maintaining a strong safety culture by leading Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) prevention initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client safety requirements, and personally leading investigations of significant incidents
  • Owning regional P&L performance, delivering budget commitments, driving productivity and efficiency improvements, managing forecasting and financial reporting, and identifying opportunities for savings and value creation
  • Leading and developing Regional Facilities Managers, Engineering Managers and operational leaders while building succession plans, driving engagement, performance and talent development, and promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture
  • Driving continuous improvement through implementation of regional initiatives, standardization of processes, identification of automation and technology opportunities, and sharing best practices across the Intel account
  • Ensuring strategic supplier performance, contractual compliance, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and leading operational reviews while maintaining risk registers

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Multi-site travel required across assigned geographic region
  • Work environment includes corporate office settings and manufacturing/mission-critical facilities
  • May require visits to active construction sites, mechanical rooms, and industrial facilities
  • Extended periods reviewing operational data and conducting meetings
  • Ability to respond to operational emergencies and incidents outside standard business hours
  • May require personal protective equipment (PPE) when visiting certain operational areas

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of leadership experience within Integrated Facilities Management, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering Operations or Corporate Real Estate
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-site operations with accountability for overall performance
  • Proven experience managing large operational teams and developing leadership talent
  • Experience working within complex manufacturing or mission-critical environments
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with P&L management experience
  • Demonstrated client relationship management at senior/executive level with ability to build trusted partnerships
  • Proven track record leading organizational change and driving operational excellence initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
  • Previous Intel experience (either client-side or supplier-side)
  • Engineering or Facilities Management degree or equivalent educational background
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management credential
  • Familiarity with Integrated Facilities Management service delivery models and Account Operating Models
  • Knowledge of business continuity planning, crisis management and incident response frameworks
