Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in refrigeration technology.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in refrigeration or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in repairing and maintaining refrigerated trailers or similar equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to job sites, with most nights at home.
