Our Downstream Chemical Team uses technology consisting of chemistry, knowledge expertise, Intellectual Property, correct application methods and monitoring to improve the water and process treatment applications at refinery and industrial plants while providing value to our clients.

Partner with the best

As a Refinery Site Manager, you are responsible for:

Leading an onsite team to deliver refinery chemical process, water and finished fuel business solutions to our customer
Interpreting technical data and sending service reports to identify recommendations and solutions a daily/weekly basis
Collaborating with co-workers and customers to provide technical guidance to solve complex technical problems
Leading business reviews, technical presentations and attending customer meetings to advise on product enhancements and improvements
Assisting with the development of short- and long-range sales goals through identifying potential new growth opportunities
Managing chemical inventories and coordinating deliveries at customer locations to ensure successful finished fuel additives treatments

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field, (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry preferred)
At least 7 years of experience in Industrial, Refining or Sales
At least 5 years of experience leading teams directly or influencing others indirectly
Demonstrate knowledge of Refinery Process and Finished Fuels Additive treatments
A solid understanding of demulsification, corrosion control, fouling control, water treatment and finished fuel additives
Must be able to present and communicate to different audiences in a clear and concise manner
Be able to obtain a TWIC card
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems
Demonstrate experience of mentoring, developing and motivating teams in global matrix environment
