II. Job Summary:
    Help build a recruiting process and team. Developing relationships with Hiring Managers to help identifying future needs. Attracting high quality candidates using various sources such as social media, job boards, networking, employee referral and others. Coordinate the hiring process by screening, interviewing, and assessing for top candidates. 
 
III. Job Functions and Duties

1Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and continue to improve that process
2Understand job descriptions and job specifications and use them to create effective job postings 
3Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
4Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board and/ or colleges etc
5Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, networking etc
6Screen candidates resumes and job applications
7Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule
8Assess applicats' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
9Negoiate offers to candidates and sell company values and benefits of the work enviroment to potential new hires
10Facilitate the pre-employment process and help with onboarding new hires
11Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
12Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
13Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selections process
14Promote company's reputation and "best place to work" (Employment Branding)

IⅤ. Qualification
Job RequirementsLanguageLanguage spoken commonly in the workplace is English. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
 Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
Spanish a plus not a requirement.
ExperienceAt least 2 years of proven success as a recruiter either corporate or in a staffing / recruiting firm (preferred to have both) 
EducationBS / BA in business or human resources related field, or equivalent work experience
Physical ConditionThe employee is regularly required to stand or sit for long periods.                                                                                                                                                         Duties will include long periods of viewing a computer monitor.
Other RequirementsMATHEMATICAL SKILLS -
 Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
 REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of  variables.
 COMPUTER SKILLS - Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software.

V. Work Environment:
  Bright, clean, and well-ventilated office building. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and steel-toed work shoes.
