**Job Title: Recruiter I

**

**Location: Indianapolis, IN or Columbus, IN

**

**Duration: 3 months contingent assignment with the option of going permanent if they are interested.

**

**Pay Rate: $21/hour on W2

**

**Work Schedule: Remote for now but the expectation for conversion would be onsite.

**

**Job Description:

**

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent training required 2-4 years customer service-related experience required

• Must have great organizational skills and most importantly is recruitment experience in either agency and/or inhouse

• Responsibility level - Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor

• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel

• Using computer database, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls. Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills

• Prepare and maintain employment records

• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection

• Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations

• Supporting pipeline management and the conversion to offer process.
