You’ll play a key role in sourcing talent, screening candidates, and helping us build a reliable, high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Post and manage job listings on ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews, schedules, and applicant follow-ups
• Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates
• Track hiring progress and keep accurate candidate records
• Partner with leadership to understand current and future staffing needs
• Support a positive team environment and contribute to daily department goals
