Description
The Erema/Reclaim Machine Operator position is responsible for full operation of the Erema recycle machine to reclaim and reuse scrap material from the production floor.
Pay: $19 + $2 night shift differential
Schedule: 7:45pm-8am, 2/2/3 schedule

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- 1 year of machine operator, warehouse, or other manufacturing experience.
- Troubleshooting skills and good mechanical abilities.
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with databases and tracking software.
Key Responsibilities (What/How):
As in operations, the Erema operator is responsible of:
- Set Up Erema to process standards and centerlines.
- Perform Erema set up, start up, and shut down.
- Manage operation of the Erema manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure the side feed is always fully stocked and tied in.
- Manage the flow of material into and out of the Erema area.
- Accurately and fully complete all production reports.
- Track all production and enter database.
- Ensure product is properly labeled.
- Ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate problems and issues to appropriate resources in a timely manner.
- Assist in down day activities per team leader instructions.
- Ensure finished pellets meet specifications defined in Operations Documents.
- Operate equipment within the specified limits of the appropriate Standard Operating Conditions.
- Assist other team members and in other production areas needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
- Work around varying temperatures
- Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision as well as depth perception and ability to adjust focus
