Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation.
Handle inquiries and provide information about the facility and services.
Support the team with various projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
