What You Will Do:

Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas
Greet guests and stakeholders in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
Ensure visitors and contractors have proper identification and are compliant with local and corporate security protocols
Operate multiple line telephone console; professionally receive and relay incoming, outgoing and internal calls, take and refer messages to appropriate parties and operate internal paging system
Process/register visitors via VRS and MK Denial systems and provide visitor badges; announce visitors and direct them to proper destination or escort if needed
Maintain visitor logs and conduct daily badge audits
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide general departmental office support, such as, but not limited to:
- Finance – assistance with invoice processing
- EH&S – restock safety glasses and hearing protection; log GEMBA findings
- Engineering – transferring data from production tally sheets into Excel
- HR – actively participate on the Employment Engagement committee
Perform clerical duties such as, but not limited to:
- Photocopying, filing, scanning, typing, data entry
- Retrieve, sort and distribute mail
- Set up appointments, coordinate meetings (with meals if needed) and maintain conference room schedules
- Order and restock supplies

Qualifications You Must Have:

High school diploma or equivalent
U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
2+ year administrative/clerical skills and experience
Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills (phone etiquette and in person)
Highly proficient computer skills; Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
Highly self-directed and able to learn quickly

What is my role type? In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. We’ve introduced role types to help you understand how you will operate in our blended work environment. This role is Onsite. Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
