What You’ll Do
- Perform incoming inspection of parts and materials according to established procedures
- Conduct visual inspections and verify accuracy of quantities and quality
- Document non‑conformances and maintain quality records across all projects
- Work closely with the Material Management department to ensure smooth material flow
- Maintain Certificates of Conformance and material certification documentation
- Label, track, and place products to maintain full traceability
- Support product returns and replacements for non‑conforming or damaged parts
- Assist with Material Review Board meetings
- Update electronic and hardcopy records using internal systems
- Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
- Frequent use of hands and arms to handle tools, materials, and equipment

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs as needed
