Job Overview:

What You’ll Do

  • Perform incoming inspection of parts and materials according to established procedures
  • Conduct visual inspections and verify accuracy of quantities and quality
  • Document non‑conformances and maintain quality records across all projects
  • Work closely with the Material Management department to ensure smooth material flow
  • Maintain Certificates of Conformance and material certification documentation
  • Label, track, and place products to maintain full traceability
  • Support product returns and replacements for non‑conforming or damaged parts
  • Assist with Material Review Board meetings
  • Update electronic and hardcopy records using internal systems
  • Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Regular standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs as needed
